Who We Are
Just off the Caprock to the east of Lubbock lies a hidden oasis that generations of Girl Scouts have experienced for 65 years called Camp Rio Blanco (CRB). Through the years CRB has provided a variety of outdoor educational opportunities for girls 5 to 18 years old in which girls build life-long friendships while gaining confidence as they explore nature, experience over-night camping, and learn new life skills that provide a strong foundation for leadership for the future.
Camp Rio Blanco Circle of Friends, Inc. (CRBCOF) was established in 2018 as a 501 (c)(3) with the purpose to provide resources to preserve and improve Camp Rio Blanco for outdoor experiences. Volunteers have continued to dedicate their time and resources to help maintain areas of CRB over the years; and with your support, together, we can continue to assist with improvements and aid in preserving this vital camp for girls.
