* Membership is open to individuals age 18 and over whom are current or former members of Girl Scouts and who are not current staff members or current Board members of Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains, or any individual so inclined to commit to the purpose of Camp Rio Blanco Circle of Friends.
